New To Lime Wire Need Help uploading

I wanted to share some music files on my computer but when I go to but I dont know where to find the misic files on my computer that Lime Wire will accept. They are on my media player but I cant find them. I ripped them from my CD collection by unsing Windows Media Player 10 and I have Lime Wire 4.9. Can anyone help me???

Go LW>Tools>Options>Shared, then click "Add" and browse your computer foe files and folder you want to share. Then click "Apply" and afterwards "OK".
