Need a Refund ! who to contact?
 

didnt realize that there was a free basic version of Limewire. Got charged $53.00 for the Pro Version. However, Limewire says I'm not on the Pro Version software. I just want my money back. Any help would be appreciated.
Have you noticed there are NO phone numbers anywhere regarding Limewire.
Pls help......

Where did you buy your version of LW?
LW Pro costs US$18.88 for 6 months of updates & email support. The only official site for downloading is www.limewire.com.

Read through these threads, they have a lot of info about membership, scam sites & how some people have got their money back from scammers.

You should contact your bank/CC company & report this, they might be able to cancel your transaction, depending on how long ago you paid!
