I have successfully unzipped two other files I have downloaded using Limewire and the default Windows XP extractor.

No need to call me Sir,.....just be cool and don't scream at people willing to help you in their free time......

Since you have tried various programs, was the error message always the same? Did you try the "repair" function of winrar (works if the person who has zipped the file included a recovery log).

Another good zip program would be:

If all those can't open it, then you have indeed wasted time in downloading the file.......

I get the same error messages when I try to extract the file. I get "the file is" corruted, invalid, damaged, or in a different format. WinRar did not not repair it. I get "not files to repair." None of those have opened the file.

Then you can consider the file being damaged (corrupted) beyond repair.
