HELP - Incomplete Folder

Ok, so I was searching for some vids and accidently downloaded some child pron (I canceled the download once I previewed the nasty stuff I was downloading). I was very disgusted and tried to delete the incomplete files. But heres the problem guys....

My incomplete folder is totally unreachable. If I even highlight the folder, windows has an error. I've tried running a virus scan (trend micro), and the virus program completely shuts down when its scanning thru files and folders! I've even uninstalled Limewire, but the incomplete folder is still on my computer. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Try deleting it in safe mode first, the link below tells you how.

Did you do an online scan here (they only work using IE)..
