have lime wire pro and when i go to download something there's a pop up that says something about a risk of being tracked . is there anything else out there better then limewire or as good?

What type of popup are you talking about. I certainly don't get such popups. Perhaps it's related to this License requirement (click on link)

it says something about a liscence and copyright. you can still download but they say something about obeying copyrite laws.

Thats just a default dialog box, ever new user gets it, just simply check off "Never Tell Me This Again" or something along those lines. :wink:
