can't connect
 
Help me please. I don't know why my connection quality remains at one bar indefinitely. I have an antivirus program and my firewall is active. I wander if I would desactivate the firewall that means viruses can harm my PC? I don't know how to handle this problem. Thank you for your support.

Don't run without a software firewall. Instead, make sure to use only 1 & configure it properly. Check out the sticky below for info about connection/firewall issues...you'll find a link for firewall setup instructions.
Connection problems? Check here first!

Modems/routers usually have an internal firewall, so read the bits about enabling UPnP & port forwarding;)
