Converting avi. to dvd Hi, I'm trying to convert avi files to dvd. Using fffmpegX, have been told to author avi file, tried but said unrecognisable format so i used fffmpegX to convert to a dvdffmpeg which i could then author and using dvd imager to covert to .img file which I then burned in disk utility. Problem the burned copy is very jumpy (start/stops) Any advice would be appreciated, going around in circles Thanks |

Avi to DVD Have worked out a way to do it Use DIVX converter to convert avi to divx then simply drop into idvd and burn. Takes a little while but quality is great and you can use all the extras in idvd if wanted. If anyone knows a better way to convert avi to dvd it would be appreciated. |
