Paid twice for Limewire and can't get anyones attention I have tried, in vain to contact Limewire because I was billed twice for Limewire. PayPal refuses to help, and the bank said since the charge was less than $50 there is nothing they can do the get the money back. Does anyone know how to get Limewire's attention?? |

I purchased from the Limewire site for $18.88. Originally used a credit card and the site said the charge was denied. The page suggested I use Pay Pal. So I did. The next thing I know, PayPal has charged my account and there is a pending payment on the "denied" credit card. I wrote to Limewire and received nothing but the automated response..... |

u could have gone to your e-mail and clicked on your purchase confirmation and it would have allowed you to reinstall LW pro. I suggest you email limewire. |

Well here's someone who doesn't read previous posts. I guess you'd sue your mother for not paying back money she borrowed within the period she said. The question has already been answered before both here & elsewhere on the forums. It takes LW time & at their own cost to fix these payment errors. And what a nice fellow you seem to be. :D 1. Accidental repeat charges A (click on link), & also 2. Accidental repeat charges B (click on link) where those transactions are automatically voided. |
