 Who controls the users upload order I have been watching who has been uploading from me . My question is who controls the order in which the other users can upload from me?If some one is sitting there queued at # 10 and only needs 5% to complete the upload I would like to let them complete their down load before someone with a lower % can start. How can I do this?  |
