I have been using Limewire for several years and I have noticed of late that I can no longer find songs easily. For example, if I choose to put in the artist and the title, I get a lot of responses but everyone of them hangs on connecting and eventually goes to needs more sources. So I search for title or artist or pieces and parts and even then I do not get proper results. Does anyone know what has changed and why this is happening? Also, is there anything that I can do to make it better? I have been reluctant to upgrade to a newer version of Limeware as my version has always worked fine. Could that be the problem? If I upgrade what can I do prior to upgrading in case I need/want to revert back to my old version?

There are more fakes around the place now...to discourage people from using p2p. That's why you're seeing the files that sit connecting for ages & need more sources. These things won't ever download.
