Limewire Pro

to anyone who can help please...
recently i purchased the limewre pro but heard nothing as yet...the money has been gone through on my mastercard and when followed the link to activate the limewire pro by giving the e-mail i registered it is not recognising it and because of this i cannot even contact their support...please can anyone give me any advise? ty
