DVD question

I have several DVDs none of them are copy right protected but all are copies my problem is a couple play fine in one DVD player but in the other if you stop and the start it you get no audio or if you fast forward it same thing. All are DVD+R what could be the problem?

Try using DVD-R allot of people seem to have problems with DVD+R .
