Is p2ptips.com a legit website or is just a hacking site? Cause I was downloading a file and when I clicked the file it brought me to a page that said:

Warning! You Have Been Logged.

I want to know if it's bogus or not.

Doesn't sound like a good site at all, Google has the display "this site may harm your computer" (I heard they where bringing this out to warn people against dodgy sites)
