Would i get in any kind of trouble if i downloaded music or movies from limewire? Besides that, why is that ilegal, i thought that it was ok as long as it wasnt done to make profit out of it or changing it, also, its not like im making copies of it.

Also, hypotetically , lets say i dowloaded teen porn, not child, by teen i mean girls between 16-17, would i have problems if i did that even though im under 18?

first, that answer had nothing to do with my question, and second, I dont know the answers, thats y im asking, why waste my time. Im not confused either. And yeah, im under 18. Is that a problem? Thousands of teens have limewire. And if u call being attracted to girls around my age perv, then yeah, im a perv like u and millions of others around the world who do it. My analogy may have missed the mark, but what I meant was that if it's illegal for one it's illegal for all. The law doesn't care if your under 18 or not. Child pronography is illegal because it victimizes children(amoung others). Most of them are forced to do things that no child(or adult) should be made to do.

By seeking out that type of material you are adding to the problem by helping create the demand for it and spreading it across the internet. That's a crime reguardless of your age.

To your question on copyright, it depends what country you live in. Copyright laws vary by country and you'd need to check your local laws. Pretty much anything you could buy(movies, cd's, ect) is copyrighted and you could get in trouble for d/loading them.

Movies that say teen blah blah are not teen. Actors are 18 years old and up. Same with all the sites with galleries, where some of the pics end up on Gnutella.

And Itsame. It's completely normal for a 17 year old to be interested in porn.

Teen and childporn are not the same thing. But laws prevent the pornindustry from using ANYONE under the age of 18. So as long as you only download commercial titles, there should be no problem.

I think we all know that most movies listed as teens are young looking actors 18 and older, but he didn't phrase his question that way. Though your probably right is assuming that he's a teen, if he's caught with underage porn on his computer, that type of thing follows you the rest of you life.
