i downloaded an ordinary porn file (non child etc) when i opened it a site popped up saying activity logged and i have to download some google stuff to keep it secret. it had my ip adress and my service provider it really freaked me out. i cant see y downloading google software would do anything is this real or just trying to scare me?

Why would you need any software to protect your identity from downloading regular porn.

I'm guessing if you download anything that file point you to, it's some kind of virus/spyware or some other malicious thing.

It's probably just like those antivirus popups that just try to lure you out of your money.
