Your Computer Security A lot of new PC owners out there are blissfully unaware of how dangerous the internet has now become, what surprises me the most is that new PC owners still think that viruses, spams and spyware are written by kids with nothing better to do. Well, for those who still think that way they should click on the following URL and read this story from October 2006: BBC NEWS | Technology | Tackling the hackers face-to-face It shows how criminals and hackers get together to make money via the internet from poor security and human stupidity. Guys Just remember that Paypal themselves are responsible for the security of their site and the accounts held therein, but you must always check to see if anything abnormal is happening to your paypal account. However, if you spot anything irregular about your account you must report it immediately to paypal. UK Bob |
