I went to the support system and all it said was to select it then click again and drag it into itunes but i've been trying for the past thirty minutes and i can't seem to get the music into the itunes.

if anyone else knew what i was doing wrong that would be a great help.
i'm going on a trip soon so i would like to be able to get these new songs onto my ipod.

Make sure that you're transfering files from your saved folder. In LW's library, highlight a file then click Explore...your saved folder will open & that's where you add to the iTunes library from
