In April I bought the 4.12 version, I have not used it for quite a while, when i went back on I notice I am on turbo downloads pale blue bars,
I am not very sure how the system works and when a message came up to install the new version ie. 4.14 I followed the link and installed it, however now I have lost my turbo charged download and find I am back on to the basic package, can I get my turbo charge back please, what do I have to do to make this right, thank you very much.

Are you on windows or mac?

If MAC, open limewire go to help then using limewire. Select download updates limewire pro from the pro customers section. The update should come to you after you enter your email addy at the prompt.


Windows, is the same as above.....you will need to select your op system when the option is presented.
