First thing, you have not given me a way to reply to you because your PM feature is disabled.

OK, that said you may or may not know that BT is the pioneer and a major force behind P2P throttling within the UK, so I am not surprised that you cannot use LW.

There is no solution other than to find a non-P2P throttling ISP.
