we have been using our basic version of limewire with no problems and today when we try to open it LW will open and load get to the point where the page is up and the tips are up and then it will just shut itself down and disappear... there will be a LW emblem in the right corner (with the volume etc) but when the mouse gets close it disappears too! we have deleted and reinstalled twice and the problem persists... i checked the firewall per the instruction on the support page but it seems all good..?!.. i am NOT computer savvy and any help would be SO appreciated... THANK YOU
