 Hopeless, As I Am Being Ignored!!!!(lost Pro) When I try to download and run LIMEWIRE PRO, as I have done countless times, I get the message that my my EMAIL ADDRESS IS INVALID ..  . and THAT END IT ALL.... I have never seen this message before and I get no other messages.... I can't find LIMEWIRE or Gnutella tech or customer support! I've been a customer for years and I have no idea what is wrong. No informative messages came to me.  WHY AM I BEING IGNORED? why won't anyone help me? I WANT MY LIMEWIRE BACK AND OPERATING AS IS HAS FOR SO MANY YEARS. | tuffian its better if you post your reply on this thread instead of emailing me so that other people might be able to help you but you say you don't know how long you have had pro but you had LW for years if your last payment was over 6 months ago then your free up dates are over. |

| your subscription is up when the 6 months is up so if you did not save the pro installer on an external drive you'll have ether pay again or get basic if you pay again I suggest after your 6 months or now thay got a 1 year supscription is up ether dont update or copy the pro installer to an external drive. |

| Is there a way to get LIMEWIRE to give me a break getting the PRO installer if I renew now>....after all ' been with thm for years ...... is there any way for me to save any money....... I need surgery and my pills cost a fortune.... Gene |
