WM Player won't play old files anymore
 

I downloaded v2.1.3 on Friday 01/25, now all of my old music files that were downloaded via Limewire v1.0 and v1.7 won't play through Windows Media Player anymore. The files I downloaded through WinMX will still play but the only difference I can see is in the properties for these files. The old Limewire files are listed as C:\Limewire\Shared\"Artist's Name" whereas my WMix files show their properties as C:\My Music\"Artist's Name" and C:\My Documents\My Music\"Artist's Name".

That's sounds a bit confusing..... but anyway.

You can associate all or some of your files with any player you want.

I assume you want to use a separate player from the built in LW player and you have unchecked it in Tools>Options>Player
