 Limewire Pro lost I have been running Pro for a couple of years. I downloaded an update, and no longer have Pro- rather, I ended up with the Basic. When I try to contact Support, they have no record of my Email address so I cannot contact them. Any suggestions how to get to a real person?  |

| It depends on when you bought Pro & who you paid for Pro. If you paid Limewire LLC less than 6 months ago, you should be able to download another version of Pro. | Thanks for the help I guess I'm out of luck. I purchased Pro from the LW site, but it was probably around a year ago. Looks like I'm stuck with Basic unless I shell out another $35.00 (which I won't). Thanks again- too bad LW support is, inaccessible. |
