What is "ultrapeeper" technology?

Hi...

I just purchased LimeWire 2.1.3 Pro ( up from V1.7 ) and I noticed a lot of changes. One of particular interest to me is trying to find what this ultrapeeper is and what exactly does the "Ultrapeeper Capabilities" option in the "Speed" menu do?
