bought pro but not showing

I bought the Pro version of LimeWire and wanted to update
but...it says I am not found
I have had this less than a year and updated before....
what gives??

Your Pro payment entitles you to free updates for up to 6 months. Whatever installers you've downloaded are yours to keep, but if you want updates after 6 months you'll have to pay again (after 6 months your email address won't be in the database any more).

Yep, if you want Pro you'll need to buy again

There have been heaps of changes since 4.8!! You can check out the changelog here, to see what's been going on

Why not download the free basic version first, see if you like it & once you're happy with everything...then think about Pro. Just remember that if you don't have the 4.8 installer saved, you'll lose that version if you install a newer version of LW.

dear birdy,
i've been wondering what happpend to my Pro. I mistakenly updated Pro and just as you said, I lost it and am no longer in the database. After many e-mails to Limewire you are the only one with the correct reason. They keep passing me off like I was a nut. Just as a principle I'll be darned if I pay again.
