Geek-Question about downloading I recently downloaded the new 4.14.10 version of LW and when i double click on a song to download, I get a message saying "LW is unable to find a license for this file, download anyway?" Did I do something wrong, will I get into trouble if i go ahead and download the song? I would greatly appreciate any help please, thanx. |
In LW go tools > options > searching > basic & check whether the 'show license warning' box is ticked. If it does, untick it > Apply > ok...see if that makes any difference. |
Common problem? Is that a pretty common thing to happen? |
Well you do realize that you are Downloading Copyrighted Material which is Illegal, Right?? Might want to do a little research if your not familiar with P2P Sharing |
License? WAW I'm dying to know what answer you get - I'm in the same boat !!! |
I think sometimes it's better no to know the answer. he he he |
JEEZ! when the box comes up "LW is unable to find a license for this file, download anyway?":Tick *do not show again* and press YES! This happens on all computers and the truth is.....ur virtually NEVER going to find a file your looking for which is liscenced! if u are worried about downloading it, just DONT then, but keep in note NONE of the peer-to-peer downloading programs will be any different! |
