Up until a few days ago all downloaded music had successfully transferred into my library and i was able to access music via the explore button when i wanted to burn a cd.

Now when i download a song i can only find it in the library. It cannot be found when i choose the explore button and therefore am unable to burn cd's.

Can anyone out there help???

In the library tab find the file you want. And where it says path, strect that thing out until you can see where the file/s are saved too
Then navigate there using Windows explorer.
Not sure how to get there if your using mac but im sure you know how to navigate to folders if you are.
