LimeWire web site fails to accept e-mail address I'd like to update or upgrade to the latest version of LimeWire Pro, but the LimeWire web site refuses to accept my e-mail address. I keep getting a dialog box which asserts I need to submit a "valid" e-mail address. Even the support pages for LimeWire Pro refuse to work for the very same alleged reason. Well, guess what? It IS a valid e-mail address!
My date of purchase for LimeWire Pro 4.14.12 is 3rd January 2008. I experienced no problems receiving the appropriate e-mail messages from LimeWire, enabling me to download the software. My e-mail address was plenty valid then!
What's going on here? How can I get past LimeWire's malfunctioning web-page software? I have one -- and only one -- e-mail account. Any advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
