Not able to download some files format
 

Hello, this is my first time on the forum. I would like to know from anyone how I can download m4a wma files and those other files not listed as MP3.. I use windows media player to to download and burn the cd's .. I have been using shareware for a long time. but have been off for a while and I do not know these file formats. my software says cannot download or copy the music . Any help with this would be appreciated.

Yes i can download & share all or any formats. Make sure those extensions are added to your share extension list .. from memory either under save or share option window in preferences. Also go to your Tools > Options > FIlters > Keywords & make sure those extensions are NOT on the list.

For WMP to play m4a, you will need a plug-in to enable it to play.

BTW have you tried searching just .m4a
