Site Doesn't recognize my signup e-mail address

therefore i can't send an e-mail for tech support. my computer crashed about a month ago and i just picked it from the shop, but since the site doesn;t recognize my e-mail address i can not download PRO. anyone have a e-mail address for tech support.
