Gnutella Forums - how do u get your music back after update

Ok im not new to limewire but i just got a new laptop (i dont think it matters) and it has windows vista and ive been searching for hours and i kant find anything on how to get back your music from an update.....i have limewire 4.16.6 and i have downlaoded a song and thats in a different folder than my music and all my music and videos and even my themes are in one folder and in my audio and video and program folders theres nothing there ...:bangh:
yes i saw the sticky on how lw music is dissappearing and it didnt help at alla nd btw thts for an xp which i think matters.
can anyone please help me ?
