Folders (new save/share folder locations)

I installed LM 4.16, and .......... threw it away immediately. Put on an old version again. The reason is, that this prog (like so many others) think they are important enought to make a new subfolder in the documents folder. I did not find an option to turn that off. I don't want any program to make folders without asking. So annoying!!
