Angry Age-old Firewall blocking Limewire problem- sorry!!

This is driving me insane! I have Norton Internet security but I've adjusted all of my settings- Limewire should not be blocked, everything is as is required. I think the problem must be with my router- but I haven't a clue how to fix this. I once followed some online instructions, changed my settings, and this fixed the problem. However next time I logged on the problem was back again. Some easy step-by-step instructions would be invaluable!

1. OS version? Windows XP
2. What firewalls you have? Windows firewall
3. How much ram? Unsure
4. Hard Disk space available? unsure
5. Connection type? cable
6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers? Belkin wireless networking utility 2.1
7. Where are you trying to connect from (house, appartment complex, school, student accomodation, work, etc.)? Home
8. What version of LimeWire (LW) & Java do you have? 4.16.6 (LW) 1.6.0_03 (Java)
9. Who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? Virgin media
10. Do this simple test for us. Using your browser go here: http://www3.limewire.com:6346/ The page should say 'Your test worked!'. What happens when you go there? It works
11. Are you sharing the connection with other computers or p2p sharing programs? Yes- there are five computers connecting to a wireless router
12. Is this a your 1st try at LW or is this a new problem with an experienced user? This never used to happen when I used AOL in my previous home
13. Do you see a brick wall in front of the blue world icon at the bottom of LW's interface? Yes
14. For those using a modem/router, how is your modem/router set up...are you port forwarding or is UPnP enabled? I'm sorry, I'm stupid and I don't know!
15. What security programs are you using (antivirus etc)? Norton internet security
16. What country are you living in? UK

Thanks, but I have already done this. Windows firewall has been switched off but the problem still exists.
