I need help! Who do I contact? (paid $49.95 for 'lifetime membership')

Hi,
I am new to the Forum and don't know if this is how I ask for help. I signed up for limewire Pro. Was charged the $49.95 on my credit card for lifetime membership but didn't get Pro just Limewire. Doesw anyone have any idea on how I can get this straightened out? I hate to cancel the charge on my credit card because I have used limewire in the past and enjoy the downloads but I want to get what I paid for.
