Question Lw - Getting Caught !!!!!!

After reading threads about privacy on our computers , I notice that everything can be traced should someone take the time or effort to do so.

I am thinking of downloading LW but one thought always remains and it is this.
Download LW and maybe use it for a week or a year to download or upload music and so on and there will always be evidence on your computer that you have downloaded or uploaded music via LW.

So is it worth the risk. I want to download it again but then it will be forever on my computer and so if I download 10 songs or 1000 songs I will still have evidence that I have used LW on my computer.

SO JUST HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE BEEN DONE BY THE LAW FOR USING THIS P2P ?IN THE U.K.

btw... The main thing 'they' are looking for is the SHARING of copyright material...
Music, movies and applications.
In 'most' cultures DownLoading is not illegal... UpLoading IS !

"Tis better to take than to give," I guess.

My 'answer' is simple... I share 1,000s and 1,000s of eBooks.
Average daily upload is 1GB with a so-called 320Kbps Up bandwidth...
'They' don't seem to care about books. (For now, that is !)

Be sure to read the Janis Ian reports.
