![]() Recently I installed a new version of Real Player that came with my PC. Now I'm having trouble playing video downloads in LimeWire 4:16.6 (Basic). What could be the problem? cmf3225 |

![]() The problem is that RealPlayer, during the install/config process, will automatically assign itself as the default player for an enormous range of file types... RP is NOT alone in this so I'm not slagging them off here... You must be very careful AND know quite a bit of stuff to do a custom install of many of the players. (As opposed to, "Let RealPlayer do it for you!") You should not... NOT... even think about using the so-called player built-in to LW... Try WinAmp (only the free version) or VLC player. Last for now... You have told us nothing about your computer or your Operating System, so... Crystal Ball Time for us until you tell us more, OK ? ¡ hasta ahora !
