Can I Download TV shows and Movies off of Limewire

This may be a stupid question, but, can I? Or is there a "sister" type of application that I can download missed tv episodes or movies that is user friendly?

Yes but i would use utorrent for large files like that. To get your feet wet with a program like those once you get utorrent, go to demonoid for your downloads.
