Unable to reinstall Limewire Pro (purchased ~ 4 months ago)
 

I have purchased Limewire Pro in the last 6 months, yet they are wanting me to purchase AGAIN??? Absolutely noit. I have purchased pro TWICE now and I was hesitant the second time because I had already paid, but I did it. But it's only been about 4 months at best since I purchased and I can't seem to do so again ... they're trying to get more money out of me again. I bought already and can't find a customer support number to call them and get this fixed ... any info or suggestions???

Go to the support page at their site & enter your email address you used to get Pro. :)

when you buy lwpro you pay for 6months of free updates you recieve notification when your 6months are nearly up if you go to the download site for lwpro press the buy sign and proceed to the next step in the top right corner it says already bought pro enter your email address and it should automatically download you only pay once for lwpro otherwise you will be paying 21 dollars amonth hope this was helpfull see you soon

Another method is to Bookmark your personal pro download page. ;) It makes it all so easy then. :)
And if you see the update option on LW when you open the program, that link will take you to the Basic LW download page so beware of that. ;)
