My coputer crashed and I cannot get pro back
 

Hi to u all and hope u can help

I was a LW user for the last 4 years and less than a month ago i decide to go for LW Pro....all good until my Computer crashed yesterday ...now a problem Lw don't recognise my mail address and I have no idea how to get back my Pro ....I read different post about it before writing in here, but all the people with the same problem had been or scammed or had the subscription expired ... I just purchase The Pro around 3 weeks ago for one year so I'm bit upset right now about I would't like to lose over 11 months of subsciption....

There is anyone who can help with this...?

Where did you buy Pro from? The only official site is Lime Wire » Official Website & Free Download, BitTorrent «

If you bought from the official site, you would have paid either $24.95 for 6 months worth or $34.95 for a year's worth. LimewireLLC will appear on your credit card as the vendor;)
If you did buy from the official site & have saved your emails, you should have an email from LW with a link to your personal download page. You can download a version of Pro from that link. If you didn't save the email, send a PM to limenathan limenathan (click on link)

If you paid some other scam site for Pro, then your email address wouldn't ever have been in the official database. And you won't be able to download a new version of Pro from the official site.

Well I bought it regulary, from the official website ...and i paid 34.95 unless the website I was on isn't the official ...I digit www.limewire.com and i went from there ...I did download limewire several time in teh last 4 years and I always used the link above...always the basic thuo just 3 weeks or more ago I decide to go Pro that 's it ..I just wonder if i give my mail with a wrong digit perhaps because i have no trace of any e-mail form Limewire and was working brilliant I mean brilliant ...

It sounds like you paid the right amount & bought from the right site:)

You should've recieved an email from LW shortly after you bought Pro (like within the hour). Maybe your email client's spam filter has caught it??

But anyway, limenathan should be able to sort it out for you.

Thank you ...I hope that really can help ...fact is i knwew that i was going to do the recovery program and i backet files but for same reason when i installed the file again not all of them where on the disks ...well the PC wasn't on the best state of healt anyway and i don't know if somehow was going to work or not ....mening retrieving same file that want allowed me to get back PRO ...plus I'm really bad on computers ...I have a lack of concentration and this make thinks really ....funny :laugh_2:...well I'll let u know how i get on with all ...I have reistall Limewire Basic and works well ...so for now not an excpetional big deal.....
