hello purchased limewirepro 12/15/08 got new computer now i need to redownload it says email not reconized i purchased from the correct sight

Which version of Pro did you buy ($13.95 with no updates or support, $21.95 with 6 months of updates & email support, $34.95 with 12 months of updates & email support)?

After you bought Pro, you should've recieved an email from LW with a link to your personal download page. Have a look for that email... then you can just use the download link
