I don't suppose you use iTunes? It has a basic function for that, however only files listed within its library, not those deleted from the listings but still within the iTunes music library folders. You'd need to then compare between the seemingly duplicates to see if they do indeed have identical file sizes, bit-rates, duration, etc.
But for a quick answer, no I'm personally not aware. I do know there used to be utilities for that purpose or with that ability.
It could be worth searching a freeware site that has many many programs of various kinds to see if any have that type of ability.
Any luck a fellow member might help you do it. At present I'm brain-dead. lol |
