Updating Limewire

I am paid up for Limewire Pro until June, 2009. I tried to update to the newest version and I got this message: "Your order has been used by too many IP addresses for downloading". Can anyone explain how to fix this problem? I only have one IP address and had to reinstall limewire when I reinstalled my operating system this past January (2009). Limewre Pro support sends me the page for downloading the current version but I still get the same error message. Thanks.
