Have bought LW, cp crashed now when asked for email addy to redownload it is not found in LW system!

Purchased LW approx . 1 mth ago computer crashed had to redo everything now I can't redownload LW due to the fact that it asks for email and email I used is not found in LW system i have my codes from LW but how do I speak to a person without going in freakin circles to get this taken care of. Since there is NO REFUND policy
