I purchased Limewire Pro a few weeks ago, I managed to download one song, but now I can't download at all because Limewire is suddenly only available to US users and I live in Australia. What gives and who do I apply to to get my money back ? Moya

What are you talking about? I use LW Pro & my LW works fine? And I live downunder too.

I don't know what's going on, I am unable to download anything. A message comes up "We're sorry, Limewire store is currently available to US customers only. We are working diligently to secure international licences so check back soon" Could this have something to do with the problem ? This is a new computer that I downloaded Limewire Pro, using Vista. I wish I'd never bothered, and kept the old XP, far from üpgrading" I've gone backwards !!!! Moya

What happens if you just use LW's search to look for files? Can you download from there?

Yeah, the LW store doesn't work for Australia.

Which version of LW are you using? Have you used other older versions before?

Is LW properly connected to the network (all green/blue connection bars)?

Thankyou for your replies. I have not used the computer for several days so I thought I'd give Limewire another go before I contacted you again, LO & BEHOLD, it works !!! Don't know how or why, fingers crossed that it doesn't play up again. Moya
