Limewire does not answer emails

I bought limewire pro .Recently i got a new virus and ad program After installing and running it i lost some files from my pro. I tried downloading the original limewire to replace file lost. It did not work of coarse now i am stuck with regular limewire instead of the pro i bought. I have emailed limewire to new avail. I will not pay again for something i have already paid for. Especially when customer service and tech supprt can be so bothered.
