Which Version do I get ?

I try to find a File. But there are International an US - Versions of my Search-file. I downloaded 3 wrong files (US-Versions), because they are not marked(?) as US-Versions.
Sorry for my english - I'm from Germany !

Maybe if you use 'file+deutsch' in your search it may help :)
