Does anyone know how to fix the problems with the failed downloads from Gnutella on iMesh 5? or Is iMesh5 getting blocked by the other Gnutella clients?

I tried the iMesh Forum and they are trying to say it is because of fake files, but I can download the same files on LimeWire with no problems.

GnucDNA doesn't F2F transfers
GnucDNA isn't as worked as LW and Bearshare
GnucDNA connects to *more* UP than LW and BS!!! (normally it would help, hahahaha)
iMesh uses 3 networks

Thanks for your help, it is not me wanting to use iMesh5, it is my friend that thinks that he can fix it. He has been doing all of things to to solve this failed download problem. I already told him what the problem is "iMesh SUCKS" but he just gets mad. For myself I use LimeWire. I believe that LimeWire and the other Gnutella clients are blocking uploads to iMesh5 and the other GnucDNA clients, but he will not listen to me.

I'm trying to get him to convert to LimeWire and get rid of that stupid iMesh5.

LW is NOT blocking uploads to iMesh nor other GnucDNA clients. If they can't dl things, just to bad for them...

Where is the instant messaging in iMesh? Everybody's talking about it, but I have no clue.

If don't wanna use Lime Wire file sharing program, then try using an imesh acceleration patch. I had some results with a similar program, unfortunately I cannot remember its name right now.

iMesh is not what it used to be. You will not download copyright music via iMesh unless you pay for it. iMesh is an authority run company now run by MusicLabLLC. MusicLab LLC has an alias known as Discordia Ltd. Perhaps you may prefer to try a different GnucDNA client, else any other Gnutella client program represented on these forums for a 'proper' gnutella network program.

I assume you thinking of iMesh 5.0 wich is GnucDNA based...I have try to make a clean version of it, but it was not worth save it!It didn't work as it should after, and i try to use a original installer with it's adware/spyware on to a old comp...It still connect and it is slow and buggy, and it keeps failing when you try to download the files....So if i was you, i would try to use a another GnucDNA based client/software like Morpheus/Morpheus Ultra hosted her on Gnutella Forums... Morpheus/Morpheus Ultra her on the forum is free from Adware/Spyware and enny other nasty stuff, and they just connect fine... I just might get out her to fast for this one, i must say i have tested the new iMesh 9.1....Not verry great software at all, luckly soooooooooooooooooo easy to crack down on it-so i made a clean version of it in dr.damn style...So the test i have done so fare display no Ads, Adware and Spyware is not installed on my comp after it's run!But probably i never wanna add it to the internet for all, i have a bad feeling about that!If you must use it, then use iMesh 8.0 or 8.1-since they are not restricted as the new 9.1 are....The want to force the users to pay for a pro edition with faster download, and super skin for change the look and feel of iMesh....I belive i can't help more then that!My advice is uninstall it if you can, and get a better P2P software for downloading and shareing of your files!
