Getting no help from limewire
 

I purchase limewire online - my credit card account was charged

But I find it impossible to get the download link. whenever I input my email address all I get is the message that
"No matching records are found"

I have sent at least 10 emails to limewire and I am getting no response:(

Is anyone anywhere had the same problem and can anyone give me some quidance?
