I purchased pro. when i did, I went straight to paypal to pay and now when I want to download pro it says to put in my email. error pops up and says it doesn't have it on file.

Yes I got a confirmation from paypal but not limewire. and it shows on my bank statement. I have lime wire basic and paid $18.88 to get pro on July 13 or 14. There was an error message on paypal saying that they were having difficulties at the time of purchase and that my receipt may not show right away. It only took a couple of hours to get receipt.
