Help! Can't get into Limewire from my desktop all of a sudden!

I used to use Vista but I've changed to Firefox recently.

All of a sudden I can't get Limewire to work from my desktop. I've installed the latest versions of Limewire and Java as it says on the official site but it will not work wether I use Firefox or Vista now.

I can only get it to work if I download it all over again.

It's not already running in my tray either.

Can anyone help?
